GQ1200 Rotary cutter /Hard biscuits forming machine

Features:
This machine is the forming equipment of hard biscuit and soda biscuit, the dough will be cutting to various types by rotary cutter.

Parameters:

Diameter of Mould: Ø200, 45# quality carbon steel body and chromed surface, length of mould: 1230mm
Diameter of rubber roll: Ø255, covered with oil-proof and food grade rubber, thickness of 20mm, hardness of A60;
Working width: 1200mm
Dimensions: 950*2270*1350 weight: 2.3T
Q235 carbon steel sideboard, thickness of 28mm, chromed surface, hardness of HRC58-62.
Q235 carbon steel conveyor frame plate, thickness of 15mm, chromed surface, hardness of HRC58-62.
SUS 304 supporting plate
Independent motors control the mould and conveyor belt respectively, easy to use.
Diameter of driving roller: Ø215, covered with oil-proof and food grade rubber.
