Product Description

Oatmeal powder and other raw materials are pre-mixed with additives, then dough is prepared. The dough is then conveyed to a roller printing machine by the dough conveying device, where it is formed into biscuit blanks. After that, they enter the baking process. The baked biscuits are cooled, sorted, and then packaged.

Mixing machine: It evenly mixes raw materials such as oat flour, water, and fats into a dough with the appropriate moisture and hardness to provide a foundation for subsequent processing.
• Roll printing forming machine: This is the key equipment. After the dough enters, it falls into the concave mold of the printing roll through the relative rotation of the feeding trough roller and the printing roll. The excess dough is scraped away by the separating scraper, and then the cookie blank is removed from the concave mold through the rubber stripping roller and transferred onto the conveyor belt.
