1.Silo dosing system

1. Adopt negative pressure conveying and feeding method (main materials:whole potato powder, starch);
2. Use the positive pressure conveying method to transport the prepared powder of each batch into the dry powder mixer; use the sacron device to achieve gas and material separation.Realize dust-free workshop

2.Wet material mixer
This equipment is used for continuous mixing of wet materials

 

3.Wet material coveyor
Used to transport the mixed raw materials to the tablet press

 

4.Press roller device
This equipment presses the mixed loose wet materials into dough sheets with a preset thickness, and can press out the dough with a thickness between 1-5mm.

5.Rotary cutter foming machine
