Features: 

It adopts direct burning and indirect thermal radiation heating way, making biscuit with fine color and flavour.

Parameters:
 
  1. it adopts direct burning and indirect thermal radiation heating way
  2. zone: generally divided by 2-4 zones according to the length  of oven, each zone control temperature automatically, temperature digital display
  3. first zone: 9-15m, adopts direct burning,after each zone 12m, adopt indirect buring heating way.
  4. burning rods configuration of direct burning zone: space between upper fire is 1000mm, space between under fire is 750mm
  5. maximum output power of each burning rod is more than 20KW
  6. quantity of heating pipes in indirect zone is upper double layers 6 pcs, under double layers 6 pcs.
  7. partial fire control: adjusting the air volume of the heating pipes on the  two sides of indirect zones.
  8. fuel type: natral gas(NG)  theoretical weight: direct: 700(kg/m); indirect: 800(kg/m)
  9. requested natral gas pressure: 0.1MPa
  10. the consumption of natral gas depends on the biscuit producing technology, generally 40-60          m³ /T(biscuit).
  11. furnace material: Q235 plate, the surface is sprayed by high temperature paint
  12. the cover is made of stainless steel (304)
  13. insulation material : inorganic cotton, aluminium silicate, good insulation and flame resistance.The difference of outside oven temperature and ambien temperature are no more than15ºC
  14. adopt non health corner design, safe, healthy
  15. it has emergency stop switch,security protectors, such as auto alarm.
