Technical Parameters
1.The horizontal bread mixer is suitable for mixing toast dough, roll dough, hamburger dough, croissant dough, frozen dough and dessert dough. After kneading, calendering and folding during the mixing process, the dough surface is smooth and has good elasticity, toughness and extensibility.

2. Blade form: Y-shaped three-roller, Y-shaped base made of integral 304 stainless steel casting.         
                               
3. Mixing barrel type: U-shaped, fixed barrel cover, unilateral flipping and circulating cooling structure. The U-shaped mixing barrel sandwich + pipe (seamless pipe) structural design can reduce pressure loss and improve the refrigeration efficiency of the coolant. The front and back of the U-shaped mixing barrel are connected to the left and right mezzanines to achieve all-round refrigeration.                                        
4. There are fixing devices for the material receiving trolley on both sides of the board. After the trolley is pushed to the positioning plate, the cylinder is controlled to move downward to lock the trolley.
