Material standard:
1. The side plate is made of Q235 carbon steel with a thickness of 20mm after processing, and the surface is plated with hard chrome
2. 7050 aluminum alloy is used for the side plate and connection plate of the nose, and the surface is treated with t-eflon
3. Imported food-grade nylon material for pump teeth; Pump body material with aluminum alloy, surface t-eflon treatment
4. The extrusion die channel is made of 7050 aluminum alloy, and the surface is treated with t-eflon;
SUS304 stainless steel for extrusion moulds
5. Straight through the feeding trough roller: Ø 120, 147, Ø material adopts SUS304 stainless steel
6. Use SUS304 stainless steel for cover, support plate and hopper
7. This machine USES 6 sets of servo, the servo motor USES s-chneider, and the reducer USES Taiwan brand precise planetary helical gear reducer
8. The control appliances mainly use well-known brands: s-chneider/Siemens /AB

Features:
1. This machine is mainly used for the billet forming of high fat cookies and cakes
2. Feeding trough roller, feeding pump, rotating extrusion, driven by servo motor, independently controlled by motor
3. The upward and backward movement adopts CAM linkage motion mechanism, driven by servo motor, stable operation;
4. Parameters such as groove roll speed, material pump extrusion speed, forward and backward, up and down movement, etc. are controlled by touch screen
5. The material pump assembly is fixed with worm gear and worm clamp, which can be quickly realized by rotating the hand wheel
Clamp or release the pump assembly for easy disassembly, cleaning and replacement
6. The extrusion die assembly is clamped by eccentric wheel, which can be clamped or released quickly to facilitate installation or removal for cleaning
7. Special nuts are used to lock the extrusion mold, which is convenient and quick to replace the mold
8. Equipped with the mold trolley, to assist the refueling pump components, extrusion mold components, to facilitate the unloading of the pump and mold cleaning
9. The pump gear adopts herringbone teeth, so the feeding quantity is more accurate
10. The height of the strip can be adjusted conveniently and quickly by hand wheel
11. The machine straddles the steel strip and the pie lands directly on the strip
12. The surface of the main structural parts are plated with hard chromium, not easy to rust
