Product Description

High-performance cookie capper

Feeding System: The machine is usually equipped with a forward feeding channel and a reverse feeding channel. Cookies enter through these two channels respectively. The forward feeding channel allows cookies to enter the conveyor belt face up, while the reverse feeding channel enables cookies to enter face down. Pushing blocks and other devices are used to eject cookies from the feeding channels, ensuring smooth feeding and consistent timing.

Filling Application: As the cookies move with the conveyor belt to the position below the filling mechanism, a vertically movable filling extruder applies the filling onto the cookies. The filling extruder is fixed to the machine body via guide rods and is controlled by cams and other devices to move up and down as well as back and forth, thus achieving precise filling application.

Compression: After the filling is applied, the cookies continue to move forward on the conveyor belt to the compression mechanism. This mechanism typically consists of a suction cup located above the conveyor belt and a push rod positioned behind the suction cup. The suction cup picks up the face-up cookie, while the push rod holds the face-down cookie in place. Subsequently, the suction cup presses the face-up cookie down onto the face-down one to complete the compression of the sandwich cookie.
