The hello panda biscuit production line is an automated equipment specially used for producing panda-shaped biscuits. It combines modern food processing technology to ensure high efficiency and high quality of biscuit production. The equipment composition is for reference only.
Dough mixer: responsible for mixing flour, water and other raw materials into dough.
Tilting machine: used to lift the dough from a low place to a high place for subsequent processing.
Feeder (stacking machine): press the dough and repeatedly stack it to increase the layering of the biscuits.
Laminator: further press the dough to make it uniform in thickness.
Hard(roller cutting and printing) forming machine: cut the dough into a panda shape by roller cutting or roller printing.
Separator: separate the pressed biscuit blank from the whole dough blank.
Recycling machine: recycle the residual materials generated during the separation process for reuse.
Enter oven machine: send the formed biscuit blank into the oven for baking.
Tunnel oven (electric oven or gas oven): provides the heat required for baking, so that the biscuits mature and form a specific taste and color.
Out-of-the-oven machine: Take the baked biscuits out of the oven and cool them down initially.
Oil sprayer: Spray oil on the surface of the biscuits to increase flavor and improve texture.
Cooling line: Cool the biscuits quickly to prevent deformation and over-drying.
Injection filling machine: Optional equipment for producing sandwich biscuits.
Biscuit sorting machine: Sort the biscuits to ensure neat arrangement.
Packaging and biscuit inspection machine: Automatically complete the packaging of biscuits to improve production efficiency.
