Dough mixer: used to mix raw materials and knead them into dough to ensure the uniformity of the dough.
Dough Feeding conveyor: Lift the dough to the next process to facilitate subsequent operations.
Feeder/Layer: Pre-process the dough before feeding it into the forming machine to ensure even distribution of the dough.
Two roll sheeter: further presses and shapes the dough.
Rotary cutter forming machine: Make biscuits of different shapes and patterns according to needs.
Separator: Separate the formed biscuits to avoid adhesion.
Dough Scrap recycling machine: Recycle scraps or unqualified products during the production process.
Transition conveyor: Send the biscuits into the oven for baking.
Oven conveyor/grid drive: transports biscuits in the oven to ensure even heating.
Tunnel oven: For baking biscuits, you can use an electric or gas oven.
Out of oven machine: Remove the baked cookies from the oven.
Oil spray machine: Spray oil on the surface of biscuits to increase flavor.
