Dough Preparation and Molding
First, pre-mixed raw materials such as flour, water, sugar, and oil are put into a dough mixer for stirring and kneaded for a certain period of time, giving the dough a certain degree of elasticity and plasticity. In the molding stage, the dough is rolled and shaped using a molding machine to form the initial shape of the biscuits.
Baking and Cooling
The molded biscuit dough is fed into a tunnel oven via the oven feeder for baking. During the baking process, the biscuits go through stages such as expansion, setting, dehydration, and coloring, eventually forming biscuits with specific flavors and textures. After baking, the biscuits are rapidly cooled through a cooling line to maintain their quality.
